Affordable Housing for the Roseland
The Roseland Plan has a strong focus on providing affordable housing to meet local need. The preferred delivery system is through a local Roseland organisation.

As a first step, the St just in Roseland Community Land Trust (Roseland CLT) has been converted into a body that can serve the whole Roseland. If you would like to find out more, or become a member of the CLT or would like to make a donation to this worthy cause, please download the brochure below.

The Roseland Plan  has specific policies (Policy HO1 - Policy HO4) concerning different method of delivering Affordable Housing. There is a specific policy (Policy HO5) which ensures that such housing is built only to meet the needs of the local community or those with strong Roseland connections. Finally, Policy HO6 ensures that the benefits of Affordable Housing are enjoyed by all subsequent, as well as initial, occupiers.

If you own any of the following:

(i)      holiday let;
(ii)      hotel, guest house etc;
(iii)     redundant building (such as a barn);
(iv)     infill land within the settlement boundaries of designated villages, ie St Mawes, St Just, Gerrans/
          Portscatho, Veryan or Veryan Green;

(v)      other land adjacent to a village;

and would like them to be considered for small developments (1-5 units) so that we can help provide the Affordable Housing necessary to sustain the community,  please contact us in confidence by phone: 01872 501749 or emailing using the button below:
