To analyse the comments that people had provided, we adopted the following approach:
(i) ALL comments were transcribed and the relevant parts were grouped under 'obvious' headings.
(ii)The Management Team members then assessed each set of comments independently and then merged them.

6. Production of the Consultation Draft of The Plan
This process took several months and involved the Management Team, the Steering Group and a large number of consultants. The Consultation Draft was Version 20 of The Plan.

7. Production of the Final (submission) Version of The Plan
The consultation submissions were all transcribed into the Consultation Assessment Document under general headings and on a page-by-page basis. The Management Team then assessed each comment in turn, considering them in the context of what the community had said. The Management Team decided on each point either that they had enough information to make a decision (and then made it) or that some input was required from one of our consultants. Once input had been received, a decision was made.
After the process above had been completed, discussions were held with members of the Steering Group and our consultants in Cornwall Council and further minor alterations made to tighten the wording in some places.
Updates on the finalising of The Plan were given to the Steering Group and Parish Councils over the September/October 2014 period. The Consultation Assessment Document and The Final (submission) Version of The Plan (Version 28 of The Plan) were presented formally to the Steering Group on 19th November 2014.
