Planning Assessment and Monitoring
Processes have been developed to allow the assessment of Planning Applications and thereby provide advice re: conformity (or not) with the Roseland Plan for the Statutory Consultees (Parish Councils and the Cornwall Councillor). It is hopes that this will help generate consistency of decision making across all 5 Parishes.

As a second activity, the recommendations of the relevant Parish Council, the Cornwall Councillor and Cornwall Council Planning Officer, and the final decision of Cornwall Council are all being recorded to provide a basis for the 2-year review of the effectiveness of the Roseland Plan..
